It is a portable, pocket-size biosensor that uses screen-printed electrodes to quantify Gluconic Acid and Malic Acid in wine and must.
It is a simple to use and connected measuring device that quantifies in less than 1 minute in a simple, accurate and economical way, the concentration of GLUCONIC ACID and MALIC ACID in wine and must, using only a pipette to inject the sample into the screen.
