This is an experiential program dedicated to SMEs in Bizkaia that seeks to share the keys to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) talent management
BIOLAN participates as co-designer, together with 11 other SMEs, offering its own vision and guidance to the participating SMEs. During the program, best practices are shared and opportunities applicable to different companies are identified, in order to discover labor market trends and STEM talent management.
This program is part of the Commitment to Talent initiative, promoted by the Provincial Council of Bizkaia, to reduce the gap between the STEM skills demanded by organizations and the supply of qualified people.
The initiative helps each participant to design their own roadmap to start working strategically in STEM talent management in a practical way. On February 28, March 12 and March 21, 3 sessions will be held in experiential format at BIC Bizkaia (Technology Park, Derio).
The demand for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) profiles in companies is increasing, the future demands professionals with skills that encompass analysis and data processing activities (Big Data), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Bioinformatics, etc… In this sense, BIOLAN is part of the development of the program providing its ideas and its own experience in the current and future challenges of Talent (STEM in particular).
