Last 30-31th August, BIOLAN, represented by PhD. Arrate Jaureguibeitia, Strategic Innovation Manager, participated in the seventh edition of the European Food Venture Forum that took place on in Aarhus, Denmark, being chosen as one of the seven award finalist and has got the access for presenting at the 11th edition of the European Venture Contest Final on 11-12 December, in Dusseldorf, the continent’s biggest venture marketplace uniting 100+ award winning entrepreneurs and 100+ investors.
The Selection Committee of Expert Reviewers selected 33 companies from across Europe to present at the Forum, assessed them on the basis of their business potential, technology merit, competitive position, investment interest and team experience. These companies were the most promising clean tech companies chosen from 60 applications, through around 150 individual company reviews conducted by the members of the Expert Jury the previous months.The selected companies had the opportunity to present their business project in front of an international and prestigious audience, and the chance to meet active international investors and corporations seeking investment.
