Experiential training model “learning by doing” in which the students of the 4th edition of the Master in Entrepreneurship in Action work through the Design Thinking, Lean Startup and User Experience methodologies, in the conception and development of innovative projects.
The meeting of the Deusto-Bizkaia Global Entrepreneurship Network, promoted by the University of Deusto in cooperation with the Provincial Council of Bizkaia, has launched the initiative that seeks to identify and attract Latin American entrepreneurs to the region who can collaborate in the activation and acceleration of innovation areas of leading companies and startups in Bizkaia.
This is a unique Master’s Degree in our territory with a 100% experiential methodology, based on “learning by doing” through the resolution of real challenges of the collaborating companies. This Dual Training Model is characterised by its ability to work with an ecosystem approach and cooperation between the University, organisations and public administrations so that, by placing the participant at the centre of the learning process, we are able to offer them training proposals that will turn them into excellent professionals and into the agent of transformation that society currently demands of us.
The first phase of the Dual Master started in September 2022, and during some months the participants have worked under a methodology based on the resolution of real cases proposed by the partner organisations of the master’s degree. To do so, they have made use of the Design Thinking methodology, looking for innovative solutions to challenges framed in different themes related to innovation and entrepreneurship.
In the second phase, participants will work on an intra-entrepreneurship project in each of the collaborating companies. In order to complete this second phase, BIOLAN opens its doors to entrepreneurship and innovation with the arrival of our new colleague.
