Two posters has been presented in relation with the development of easy and fast methods based on biosensoric technology to determine important parameters in the fishing and canning industry, related with the quality and food safety.

The symposium has gathered experts such as Lahsen Ababouch, Economical Policy Director at the FAO, and Sonia Acuña-Rubio, NSF International Director, to debate about various subjects such as food safety, sustainable food and future trends in food.
