BIOLAN presented in the last edition of ENOMAQ its new equipment BIOWINE 700 for the Malic Acid and Glucose analysis in must and wine. It is a portable biosensor intended for Wine Industry that allows to measure in a simple, fast, accurate and economic way.

The innovative product was well received at ENOMAQ 2017, 21. International Exhibition of Machinery and Equipment for Bodegas and Bottling, held at the Zaragoza Fair, from 14th to 17th February. More than 26,000 professionals from the sector attended the event, the most innovative and numerous of which have been held, being a great technological showcase within the sector.
