BIOFISH 3000 YAKE

It is a specific, connected enzymatic biosensor for the objective determination of the YAKE grade in tuna, as an alternative to the current visual classification method.
It is an easy-to-use, connected measuring device that lets you manage the data generated by the analysis and measure the YAKE grade in tuna in under 2 minutes, simply, accurately and cost-effectively, using just a pipette to inject the sample into the device’s electrochemical cell.
