BIOFISH 5000 HIS
It is an automated, specific enzymatic and connected biosensor for the quantification of histamine in fish.
It is an easy-to-use, connected, automated measurement device that enables the management of data generated during analysis and can perform up to 19 analyses in a single cycle to determine the concentration of HISTAMINE in fish, using only a pipette to inject the sample into the instrument’s electrochemical cell.
