BIOLAN’s commitment to job creation through the DUAL FP program
The company indefinitely incorporates to its workforce four young students who have successfully completed their dual training process.

Since June 2018, BIOLAN has counted on his team with four students of the Dual Vocational Training Program in alternating mode, from different High-grade Vocational Training Cycles, such as the Process and Quality in Food Industries of Lea Artibai Ikastetxea in Markina-Xemein, the Biomedical Clinical Laboratory of the Zabalburu School in Bilbao, and the Electronic Maintenance of Armeria Eskola, in Eibar.

For a year, these people in training have been involved in the different areas of activity of the company with the aim of completing their practical skills, with commitment and enthusiasm. The result has been very satisfactory for both parties, allowing BIOLAN to have interesting candidate profiles to be permanently integrated into the workforce.

The Dual Vocational Training combines workplace experience and practice with vocational college based education. This program aims to facilitate the incorporation of young people into the labour market, promoting quality jobs, prioritizing the qualification and training on the product and the production process.

These objectives are shared by BIOLAN, and fit perfectly in its values of social responsibility, employment generation and opportunities for young people and commitment to society.
