From 4th to 6th September, the National Tuna Congress has taken place in General Santos, Philippines, in which BIOLAN actively participated, not only with its own stand, but also by sharing technological knowledge through a conference.

This is an annual event that this year under the slogan \”The Tuna Industry: Embracing Technologies and Sustainable Strategies\”, aims to focus the event on the rapid changes that technology is producing in the fishing sector, and which, in effect, is the precursor of the future.

In this context, BIOLAN has had an excellent opportunity to show the attendees the important advantages that BIOFISH offers to the sector, the latest technological innovations applied in the products, as well as the strategic projects for the future. All this was reinforced with the conference given on the 6th by Antonio Bustamante, BIOLAN South East Asia Director, on \”Innovation in Biotesting: Parameters of interest for the food processing industries\”.
