With this new product, VINVENTIONS Group, international benchmark for the wine sector, strengthens its portfolio of portable Wine Quality Solutions analyzers. The NomaSense BioWINE 700 biosensor allows an accurate, easy and fast determination of glucose and malic acid concentrations in musts and wines, and thus facilitates the monitoring, in real time, of the alcoholic and/or malolactic fermentation.
